Our Club Polo comes in this twisted gray knit fabric that’s really popular these days, with woven checkered details on the placket, as well as on the buttoned side slits, just to give it that extra little Dean & Trent twist.
The Contrast Polo
We’re coming out with a lot of basic pieces real soon, and here’s something to kick start the coming release. Our Contrast Polo comes in this cool blue with a contrasting collar and a flap pocket, which is all the rage these days.
And there you have it.

Here at Dean & Trent, we aim to please. And that’s why we’ve come out with a new limited edition military shirt.

Wright Supply Co. Featured on Philippine Star
You may remember from our last lookbook that we collaborated with local fragrance and accessories line, Wright Supply Co., and that our photographer for the shoot was one half of the masterminds behind the very same brand, Cholo Dela Vega. Last Saturday, Wright Supply Co. was featured in Gino Dela Paz’ Army of Me column for The Philippine Star.

Dean & Trent Hamptons on Atom Araullo for Rogue, June 2010
Check it out! Our Hampton Shorts are featured in the June 2010 issue of Rogue magazine. The shorts were worn by broadcaster Atom Araullo for a spread Rogue did on him, and were described as “linen and cotton cuffed shorts.”

D&T New Items: Summer Spin
You may recall this post that we published a couple of weeks back on appropriate summer attire. Hopefully it clued you in on the direction we were taking our latest designs, which you should have, by now, seen featured in our S/S 2010 lookbook.
“CAPE COD SHIRT”
A plaid shirt should now be a staple in every man’s wardrobe. This pink short-sleeved plaid shirt with wooden buttons is perfect for this kind of weather we’re having.
“CABO SHIRT”
Gingham is a key fabric for summer. This orange variation to the Cape Cod shirt gives new meaning to summer casual.

What’s a summer get-up without a pair of linen shorts? These Hamptons are trendy and stylish, without compromising the basic aesthetic sensibilities that Dean & Trent has propagated since its inception.

When Temperatures Soar, So Should Your Style
As you may or may not have noticed (though I can’t possibly fathom how you haven’t), summer is truly upon us. And while this sweltering summer heat may seem like the bane of our existence right now, it doesn’t necessarily have to translate to the stylish man’s wardrobe. The true stylish man is not hindered by such trivial matters as climes. Personal style should be more transcendent than that. And while comfort does play an important part in deciding an outfit for the day, one doesn’t need to limit himself to simply tees and tank tops alone.
Opt for short-sleeved shirts. Go for warm bright colors. Now is the time to be wearing madras or gingham shirts! These always go well with cargo or Bermuda shorts, or even some comfortable slacks with a slim tie.
Follow these simple tips to make a stylish yet relaxed statement, without breaking a sweat.
Madras
A cotton cloth of fine texture, usually with a plaid, striped, or checked pattern.
